Processing Times

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days.
During high‑volume periods, processing may take an additional day, but we always work hard to get your order out as quickly as possible.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We ship nationwide within the United States. Delivery times depend on the shipping method selected at checkout:

  • Economy(FREE on orders $10+): 3–8 business days
  • USPS: 1-7 business days
  • UPS: 1-8 business days

Delivery estimates begin once the package has been shipped, not when the order is placed.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location, package weight, and selected shipping method.
Free shipping promotions may apply when available.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to appear.

Shipping Address Accuracy

Please double‑check your shipping address before completing your order.
We are not responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

We are not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after delivery is confirmed by the carrier.
If your package arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours with photos so we can assist you with a claim.
